Product Owner

One of the three scrum roles, the most demanding one.
Works on a shared vision
Collects requirements
Orders (prioritizes) the Product Backlog based on business value
Must be available to the team to answer questions or queries that team might have
Must respect the team’s ability to create its own plan of action
Forbidden to give the team more work in the middle of the sprint
Accepts the software at the end of each sprint
Manages the release plan
Acts as the Project CEO – Responsible for the project success, faces the music in case of project burns or crashes
